Product obtained from the pig’s cheek, refined in the characteristic shape of a triangle, before going through the various stages of salting and aging, totally handicraftsman.
The perfect maturation of the fat part gives a great creaminess to the palate and characterizes the unique taste, sweet and intense. Great also to cook.

Pork, salt, pepper, natural flavor.

The product can be kept refrigerated between 2° – 7°C, covered by cling film on the sliced side.

Details and advices

“Migliorati” Guanciale is an excellent product to use in the kitchen, perfect for a great carbonara or tomato and guanciale, but it’s great also on its own, maybe raw, finely sliced as a salame. Excellent on the top of a slice of toasted bread, and baked just for a few seconds, only the time to let the fat melt.
