bred with passion and dedication, processed according to the rules
and to the family tradition, without additives, dyes or preservatives.
We follow our products until the seasoning, which occurs exclusively
following the strict natural methods and timing, to allow the products
to fully express all their preciousness.

We are not a big industry,
not even a sausage factory, we don’t produce industrially.
We are meat artisans, who work
following the ancient rules of the family tradition.
Each of our product is a unique “piece”, top level excellence.
