One of the finest lean cuts, obtained from the deboning of our pig’s loin, processed and seasoned by hand. As for the Capocollo, the subsequent aging of at least 3 months, in various very precise and strictly controlled phases, leads to maturation the product, which is characterized by delicate and refined taste, with a light and pleasant scent of garlic.

Pork, salt, pepper and natural flavors.

The product can be kept refrigerated between 2° – 7°C covered by cling film in the sliced part.

“Migliorati” Lombetto is a superior quality cured meat, obtained from one of the most finest cut of our pigs. It’s perfect to be eaten with some bread or other bakery products, or plated together with others “Migliorati” cured meats for a classy starter or main course. Great also as carpaccio, finely sliced and seasoned to taste, maybe with oil, salt, pepper, pine nuts, rocket salad or mushrooms.
