Typical specialty of the ancient Umbrian culinary tradition, it is a product of great peculiarity, which is characterized by the refined performed spiciness given by the fennel flower and the nutmeg.
As the sausage, it doesn’t contain the slightest addiction of water, dyes or preservatives, but only meat, which it’s then bagged on a natural gut and tied by hand.
The subsequent seasoning stage then enhances the flavor and the particular spiciness.
It is a product of great uniqueness and personality.
