From the best lean cuts, it only includes meats, without the slightest addition of water. This is secret of its authentic flavor, one of a kind, totally away from today’s industrial production, both in processing and in taste. It is a spiced with salt and pepper, bagged in a natural gut and tied by hand.
Thanks to the great naturalness, it can be also eaten raw.

The product can be kept refrigerated between 0° – 4°C, on a plate or a box covered or sealed.
Details and advices
“Migliorati” Salsicce are free of antioxidants, dyes or preservatives, therefore it is possible to taste them raw as well, better if on a bruschetta bread. They are excellent to be cooked in many different ways, on the pan, grilled or perfect for sauces, and any other use while cooking. If stored in the fridge, after few days they may lose their pinky color. This is absolutely normal and it actually proves their craftsmanship and total absence of antioxidants or dyes in the sausage, which therefore remains a totally natural product.
