As the sausage, it doesn’t contain the slightest addiction of water, dyes or preservatives, but only meat, which it’s then bagged on a natural gut and tied by hand.
It is a product of great uniqueness and personality.

“Migliorati” Mazzafegati are a particular product, spicy and of a great taste. Excellent if grilled but very tasty even if cooked on a pan.
“Migliorati” Mazzafegati, as the Salsiccie and all our products, don’t contain antioxidants, dyes or preservatives, therefore if stored in the fridge, after few days they tend to darken. This is an absolutely normal factor and proves the craftsmanship and the total absence of those products in our Mazzafegati, which therefore remain a totally natural product.
